How Can I Return A Faulty Item?
Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem through our technical support without you having to send anything back. However, if you are still unsatisfied with the item, you can request a return, repair or replacement under our Return & Exchange Policy.
Generally we advise returning the package through ordinary postal services in order to save shipping fee or custom fee for international packages. If you use a courier agency such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, we cannot cover the shipping fees or the Customs fee that might be applied.
TIP: You must contact us before you send anything back, we will send you a Return Form that must b e included when you send the product to us.
